Karisian Culture Return Policy
At Karisian Culture, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns

Items may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Party wear (such as Halloween costumes)
Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If an exchange is not available due to the requested size being out of stock, you will be issued a store credit instead.

Items must still be returned according to our return policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or tracking number.

All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from the Online Return Portal clearly indicating which items are being returned. If not completed correctly, your return may be delayed.

We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are received based on credible concerns of potential fraud.

Items purchased as part of a BOGO promotion are not eligible for in-store returns.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return.

Approved returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Karisian Couture gift card.

Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Important packaging note:
Please package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned in a single package, your return may require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Karisian Culture Shipping Policy
At Karisian Culture, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how and when your items will arrive.
Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, sales, or product launches.

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (if available)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Karisian Culture is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Orders shipping to APO’s, and US Territories may experience delays.

For international shipments, orders may be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. By placing an international order with Karisian Culture, the consignee authorizes Karisian Culture to import the goods on their behalf.

The consignee/buyer also agrees that Karisian Culture may assign or delegate the import process to a third party, such as a licensed customs broker or shipping partner, when necessary.

Please note: international customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees, import duties, and taxes, in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
Karisian Culture is not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather conditions

Customs inspections

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Karisian Culture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
